In this video I go over how to setup a Virtual Private Network server which you can use to bypass web-filters, encrypt your internet traffic, and browse the web securely. For this tutorial we will install OpenVPN Access Server on a Ubuntu 12.04 VPS. Then I will show you how to connect from a widows client.

Notes:
Download the OpenVPN package from https://openvpn.net/index.php/access-server/download-openvpn-as-sw.html

I use https://digitalocean.com/ to quickly test stuff on a VPS (Virtual Private Server)
