◙“…So hard to fall in but so easy…”: Lo traduje como “fue tan duro caer en lo corriente…” entendiendo que para Miley ya la relación le parecía aburrida y monótona, una relación que no la hacía vivir una aventura.
◙“Takes everything in me not to call him”: Se refiere a que el sentimiento que él le está provocando en la cabeza hace que no sienta ganas de llamarlo.
◙“Baby Talking”: Lo traduje como “Lenguaje de bebé”, que es cuando uno trata de imitar la forma en la que un bebé habla, normalmente con el fin de juguetear con tu pareja.
◙ “I hate all that fucking PDA…”: (Public Displays of Affection = Demostraciones públicas de afecto), este termino se usa comúnmente para las parejas juguetonas.
◙ “I could get used to someone giving a fuck”: decidí colocarlo como “acostumbrarme a alguien sólo para follar”, ya que el contexto de la canción es que “a Miley en verdad no le gusta estar con esa persona, lo único que le gusta de esa relación es el sexo”.
◙ Goo: Para este contexto podría aplicarse su significado original que es “Una situación que disgusta”, pero también Miley se refiere, con esta palabra, al “Goo- goo” que hacen los bebés al hablar, y que también lo hace la persona de quien habla esta canción.
►ACLARACIONES PARA USAR EL “GOO”:
◙ “I don't know if I can get over the fucking goo”: Lo traduje como “Superar esta mierda”, refiriéndome a todo el problema de su relación con la persona de quien ella habla.
◙ “Homegirl can’t handle the fucking goo”: Como “Goo” aplica más de 1 significado a esta canción, decidí traducir este verso como “Ninguna chica puede soportar el maldito goo”, ya que Miley explica en toda la canción que le molesta que él le hable como bebé.
►ACLARACIONES RESPECTO AL CORO
Hay una confusión respecto a cierto verso del coro, ya que sinceramente Miley no pronunció muy bien las palabras cantar este verso
◙ “I don’t really want an older you”: Este fue el primero, y lo traduje como “No quiero una versión madura de ti”, ya que después de ese verso Miley canta “Dicen que cambio de opinión frecuentemente”, lo que da a entender que Miley quiere que él madure y deje de hablar como bebé, pero sabe que en algún momento cambiará de opinión respecto a eso.
◙“I don’t really want to let go of you”: Esta es la segunda confusión que se tiene con respecto al verso, pero aún así lo usé en el coro final, ya que Miley realmente no quiere estar con él, pero tal vez después se arrepienta de haberlo hecho, ya que la parte que le sigue a eso es nuevamente “Dicen que cambio de opinión frecuentemente”.
